I think you need some more +3 and +4 numbers - it could very well be that he's going up like that for a couple hours after every shot, and you just haven't seen it. If the Lantus is slow getting to work in him, you'll find out and can hopefully compensate. (Ha! Doesn't that sound like I have some idea what I'm talking about?) ;)
